- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in Apps, Gaming, technology, advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
- 2 years of experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience partnering or managing Vendor teams.
- Ability to think not only about driving program operations, but driving program strategy and co-owning execution and outcomes.
- Ability to advise on strategies and systems requirements to enhance performance and operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze research or performance data, develop insights and apply the insight to optimize strategy.
- Excellent operations skills, and ability to define processes to land program strategy.
- Excellent email communication skills and presentation skills.
