Your Role and Responsibilities

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 10+ years of professional experience; 8+ years of experience in Data Scientist/Engineer role.
- Experience in designing and implementing large-scale AI solutions, including data ingestion, storage, processing, and deployment.
- Experience in developing AI-driven solutions utilizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic frameworks.
- Proficient in Python, FastAPI & other Data Analytics Packages. Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, multi-threading, and REST APIs.
- Experience in using large language models programmatically or frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience in developing multi-agent applications using frameworks like Crew AI, AutoGen etc
- Experience working on LLMs, Model Training & Evaluation, Performance Benchmarking.
- Practical experience with container technologies such as Podman, Docker or Kubernetes.
