Key job responsibilities
Design and develop scalable data pipelines to collect, transform, and store large-scale conversational data generated by LLM-based system.
Build real-time dashboards and reports that track key metrics, such as response accuracy, user engagement, and AI system effectiveness.Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data used by conversational AI systems, implementing data quality checks and establishing governance frameworks.

- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab
- Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Engineer, Data Scientist, or related role, with a strong focus on large-scale data and AI systems.
