In this role, you will:
- Support performance of less experienced Brokerage Client Support staff and overall effectiveness of Financial Advisory team
- Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing financial services processes and tools with Brokerage Client Support related impact
- Perform complex administrative and operational tasks within the Brokerage Client Support functional area
- Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced Brokerage Client Support staff
- Interact with immediate Brokerage Client Support team and functional area on wide range of Brokerage Client Support information, as well as internal and external customers
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Brokerage and Client Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
