Duties: Contribute to the successful delivery of projects in-line with overall Markets Program Execution and Transformation book of work. Design and implement integrated solutions and sustainable capabilities in the most efficient and effective way for Citigroup Global Markets and its clients. Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) testing of business process and support documentation with reference to project/regulatory expectations. Define requirements for review, prioritization, and scheduling by technology teams. Conduct User Acceptance testing of Technology releases. Design and develop project plans to facilitate delivery of key changes across a number of sales and trading desks and functions, including Risk, Legal, Finance, and Compliance. Identify, prioritize, and proactively manage dependencies, risks, exceptions, and issues. Develop and deliver presentations to Markets Program Execution and Transformation and senior management, covering project status and plans. Contribute to the creation, design, and implementation of trading desk business processes, supporting documentation and QA deliverables while taking into account the detailed trading activity of trading desks across all asset classes and market sectors. Identify procedural deficiencies and control gaps through detailed analysis, define business requirements for remediation, and submit to project stakeholders for implementation. Provide subject matter expertise for internal queries and contribute to the design and delivery of Front Office training plans and materials. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation within the financial services industry. Six (6) years of experience must include: Understanding program/project lifecycle phases and associated artefacts required for best practice; Identifying, prioritizing, and managing project-related dependencies, risks, and issues; Defining, documenting, and submitting business requirements to technology for development of system enhancements; Utilizing software development methodology, such as Waterfall and Agile (using Jira tool); Performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of system releases; Extracting data from source systems using SQL queries; Conducing data analysis using visualization tools, such as Tableau; and Administrating SharePoint tools, including workflows and document libraries. 40 hrs./wk.
