In this role, you will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models, processes, and operations. You will gather, understand, and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. Additionally, you will analyze newly implemented technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.
Your key responsibilities
As a Senior Manager Consultant in Technology Analysis, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering complex technical initiatives. You will face challenges that require innovative problem-solving and analytical skills, providing you with opportunities to grow and learn in a dynamic environment.
- Own workstream delivery and assist in managing processes and solutions.
- Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
- Own client relationships and lead multiple workstreams across regions
- Shape strategic direction for SAP IS-Oil implementations and digital transformation initiatives
- Add responsibility for budget oversight and resource planning .
- Actively participate in client working sessions, leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
- Hands on Experience in the area of SDM (Secondary Distribution Management), PAT (Process Automation Toolset), RFNO (Retail Fuel Network Operation), Data Collation, including the Rack Ticket feature using Process Ticket
- Engage with key business users to gather and define detailed functional requirements.
- Support the functional design and solutioning efforts for IS-Oil SDM and RFNO modules.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure alignment between functional requirements and technical implementation.
- Assist in gathering functional requirements and support UAT activities.
- Lead in driving User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring business validation and readiness. Provide leadership during rollout and support the business during go-live.

- Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
- System configuration experience
- Proficiency in system development lifecycle
- Knowledge of technology business architecture frameworks
- A willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 80%
- 12+ years of experience with SAP IS-Oil.
- Deep functional expertise in Secondary Distribution Management (SDM) and Retail Fuel Network Operations (RFNO).
- At least two end-to-end implementations involving SDM and RFNO as a Functional Lead or Solution Architect.
- Strong experience gathering business requirements and converting them into functional specs. Ability to bridge the gap between functional and technical teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record as Solution Architect or Program Lead for multiple end-to-end implementations.
- End-to-end implementation: Exposure to at least one full cycle implementation
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience in managing client relationships and expectations.
- A strong background in technology analysis and implementation.
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives.
- Prior consulting industry experience
- SAP Certification/s
- Experience with at least three full cycle implementations of your core module
- Additional qualifications that enhance your ability to succeed in this role
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Experience in managing large-scale transformation programs

- We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $171,600 to $392,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $205,900 to $445,700. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
