This person will be responsible for the end-to-end process from development of compelling new growth ideas and navigating how to gain support for them through 3P channel management.
- Organizational Influence: Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Product, Country Managers, Data Science, Ops, and Engineering to solve complex and ambiguous problems that require creativity and tenacity in developing solutions to bring to market.
  • Minimum 5-7+ years of relevant industry work experience.
  • A collaborative partner that can lead through influence by building strong cross-functional relationships and personal credibility across the organization.
  • Exceptional project management capability with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to evaluate performance data, extract key insights, develop recommendations to inform strategic decisions, and present findings to senior leadership.
  • BA/BS degree required
  • Experience within entertainment subscription services.
  • Background in either hardware, carrier, retailer, bundling, or other consumer products and businesses.
  • Ability to research, size and prioritize opportunities across businesses to drive subscriber acquisition growth and retention. Demonstrates strong financial skills and comfortable being self-directed with modeling scenarios.
  • Excited to pursue creative ideas, solve tough problems, navigate through ambiguous environments, bring strategic projects to market, and deliver results.
  • Passionate about the customer experience and developing plans and offers with partners (internal or external) that will delight Apple customers.
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communications skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
