Process Overview:

The Consumer Credit Strategy Analyst will be responsible for accurate and timely test planning and execution associated with the end-to-end decisioning of Consumer and Small Business Credit Strategies.

In addition, this role also requires the development and presentation of test plans, scripts, execution, and test results; strong critical thinking skills; team collaboration; and ability to deliver results on time.

Responsibilities:

Some of the other responsibilities includes but not limited to:

• Developing and maintaining strong onboarding practices for the new members of the team ongoing training routines
• Driving processes automation and optimization

Requirements:

Education:Bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, economics, business, engineering, finance, or operations research.

Experience Range:7+ years’ experience using database software and analytical tools, such as SAS, SQL to access large databases.

Foundational Skills:Proven analytical ability and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated through 12+ years related professional work experience.

• Ability to manage team of 10-15
• Prior experience working on lending products and credit decisioning platform.
• Basic understanding of Java (Loops and arrays). Good to have – OOPS programming concepts.
• Intermediate level of python knowledge.
• Candidate must have a proven track record of building test plans and test scripts. Experienced in performing testing based on client requirements and technical designs.
• Experience with Testing Tools: Application Lifecycle Management; SOAP UI; SQL; MS
• Providing guidance, insight, support, and leadership to the team, and manage day-to-day execution.
• Assisting onshore senior managers and India team in prioritizing work in a highly dynamic environment

Desired Skills:

• Ensuring that the right controls and routines are in place and are followed by the team (change control processes, mandatory trainings compliance, etc.)
• Coordinating, conducting interviews, keeping candidates warm, and tracking offer rollouts for the team

Work Timings: 11: 30 AM to 8:30 PM, 12: 30 PM to 9:30 PM
