Minimum Qualifications
  • Software Engineering skills including design, programming (using C, C++), scripting (Python preferred, Perl) and debugging.
  • Bachelors or Masters in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in the field.
  • High-Level understanding of Cellular Networking and 3GPP/ETSI standards
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the layers that handle the transmission and reception of radio signals between the base station and the user equipment; Physical Layer, Medium Access Control, Radio Link Control, and Radio Data Protocol layers
  • Experience with profiling and performance code optimizations
  • Excellent debugging and analytical skills
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment and can clearly communicate while confidently developing software in highly multi-functional projects
  • Highly motivated and self-directed, with flexibility to switch between multiple tasks
  • Seek to tackle everyday problems in innovative ways, with focus on the smallest details that are meaningful to our teams and customers
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $166,600 and $250,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
