What You’ll Do
- Operationalize DEI across global markets, drawing on your extensive global business experience and DEI expertise as a trusted business advisor and thought leader
- Ensure clear and sustained alignment between DEI objectives and the company’s strategic plan
- Ensure all global regulatory DEI reporting requirements are met; develop and maintain close partnership with our legal team
- Provide client-facing teams and sales teams with the resources necessary to position DEI as a market differentiator for Uber
- Support our investor relations team to co-create a compelling DEI proposition for the investor community
- Deliver scalable DEI learning that can be deployed in different markets, taking account of regional requirements and complex DEI nuances
- Deliver executive management, preparation, and presentation of high-level operations reporting of KPIs and metrics in support of the above, and in partnership with data analytics teams
Basic Qualifications- 10+ years experience in DEI consulting and in-house DEI experience
- Experience working in the high-growth, fast-paced technology industry
Preferred Qualifications- Proven track record operationalizing DEI strategy successfully across business functions
- Experience as the strategic thought partner for business leaders on all DEI issues, as well as the ability to create impactful learning materials to help deliver DEI outcomes
- Demonstrable understanding of complex business environments globally
- Successful track record and expertise in scaling and overseeing global operations, including leading through transformational change
- Managing large budgets effectively and maintaining a strong ROI on investments
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$270,000 per year - USD$300,000 per year.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$270,000 per year - USD$300,000 per year.
