The Sales Intern will be responsible for providing expanded analytic support for the Mexico Sales team. This position will provide accurate and timely sales reports, proactive insights and recommendations to help drive Align Technologies business, as well as manage expenses control, with a wide variety of responsibilities that can change on a daily basis.
In this role, you will…
- Actively support Sales Managers in providing timely reporting, various analysis, reconciliation of sales & marketing views, which reflect true customer needs, providing recommendations of areas of improvement.
- Supporting sales team includes managing schedules, preparing and creating sales documents and customizing ppt/lecture flyers, generating reports related to sales activities and revenue data.
- Be a strong partner controlling sales department budget and issuing payments, with accurate organization and planning.
- Supporting sales department in handling customer and prioritizing customer requests if necessary.
- Competent in the use of company systems like SFDC, SAP, etc. to support sales in treatment status response and follow up.
- Issue correctly and timely POs for internal and external customers’ vendor purchase requests
- Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity.
- Contribute with crossfunctional areas in order to provide better internal and external customers experience.
In this role, you’ll need …
• Strong multi-tasking as well as problem solving skills, strong analytical capabilities
• Sales force.com, Experience in reporting and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Business Objects, etc.)
•Experience in MS Excel is required (use of advanced formulas such as V/Hlookup, Index, Match, Advanced Filters)
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
