We are hiring a LSI in Point of Care HH Ultrasound team is seeking a Lead Service Integrator (LSI), responsible for ensuring on-time completion service-related deliverables needed in support of product End of Life programs. The position provides exposure to the entire system and requires communication with various functions in the organization and will be involved in the full life cycle of the product with emphasis during the End of Life milestone.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Possess required Knowledge of product and subsystem requirements related to serviceability.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that service requirements and outputs are defined and integrated properly in the NPI.

  • Develop and implement serviceability strategy, including installation, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance plans

  • Develop service documentation and training to ensure product success over its lifecycle.

  • Interface within a core team of functional leaders to develop product End of Life strategies and interface with global and regional service organizations. (E.g. GPRS and Service Operations).

  • Maintain effective quality systems compliance with GEHC Quality policies and lean standards

  • Works independently and possesses a level of functional expertise necessary to influence and execute technical and project delivery execution.

  • Works with the online center, field engineers, customers and/or program leadership to ensure that the project deliverables are consistent with the goals of larger programs or initiatives

  • Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.

  • Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.

  • Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering

  • 8+ years relevant work experience

  • Preferably with System or HW or SW background

  • Experience working in a Service or Systems Engineering team

  • Hands-on approach with regards to installations, upgrades and repairs

  • Strong problem solving, analytical, trouble-shooting skills

Desired Characteristics:

  • Customer orientation: self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and learn quickly

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to listen to customer, build relationships, and work under pressure

  • General project leadership skills

  • Medical device experience is a plus
