Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide WMS/LMS process support
- Perform Kronos standard time reporting issue support and fixes
- Manage RF equipment inventory: Allocation process/controls; oversight of central (“cage”) storage operation; Ensure RF equipment is maintained in good quality, limit loss, support timely repair, adherence to PM schedules, recommend replacement needs, and assess inventory levels vs. demand; Support management of 3rd party vendor
- Primary lead for operations supplies tracking, management and purchasing; Track spend vs. budget and identify areas for cost improvement.
- Lead management and improvement of on-boarding processes and tasks
- Training administration and support
- Participate in regulatory audits in relation to training records maintenance and manages in order to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory/legal requirements
- Serve as back-up for supervisors when out of office
- Provide support to operations staff on administrative information (e.g. intranet, benefits, services and other information navigation); Identify key queries and develop job aids, communications, signage to help reduce “live” touches.
- Key employee liaison and oversight on FMLA disability status and reporting out to supervisors and employee as required.
- Performs other duties as required.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ years experience leading teams and projects
- 1+ distribution or warehouse knowledge or experience
- 5+ Years experience in distribution or warehousing in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred qualifications:
- Medical Device Experience or similar experience with FDA regulated products
- Warehouse Management System experience
- Labor Management System Experience
- Lean Six Sigma experience/training
- 5S/House keeping/ESA (Essential Strategic Assessment) experience
- Proven ability to influence without authority
- Ability to lead projects, identify obstacles and pull in parties needed
- Boston Scientific experience
