Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 7 years of experience leading technical project strategy, ML design, and optimizing industry level ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging, fine tuning).
- 5 years of experience with design and architecture and testing/launching software products.
- Experience with Large Language Model, AI Algorithms, and Machine Learning.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with balancing out software engineering priorities against timelines.
- Experience building software and distributed systems at scale.
- Excellent problem-solving skill in ambiguous situations with comfort for new technology and thinking outside the box.
- Ability to set and lead the “big picture” strategy for the engineering team, while also providing detailed guidance on individual projects.
