Qualifications

The position responsibilities include: Gathering and analyzing business and technical requirements, validating and solving data issues, crafting project plans, developing logic and application solutions, and following through to ensure successful adoption while achieving the planned improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage SQL/Python to extract appropriate data and perform data wrangling.

• Analyze data to generate business insights and identify Key performance indicators.

• Enable business to generate new business insights by designing new reports, views, dashboards, and other data products.

• Partner multi-functionally to design, plan and implement data products/program.

• Liaison between Business and the IT teams

• Create requirements and project plans for analytics program.

• Ensure Service data standards are implemented for data products – including Object level Security, Row Level Security, UI standards and others.

• Build communication plans that ensure awareness of new data products and features.

• Define and govern standard business dimensions, measures, and critical metrics and drive multi-functional alignment of key definitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Data Science or Data Analytics

• Strong business insight

• MS Office applications (MS Excel/Access) and VBA & Macro programming

• Proficient in building or prototyping SW models, algorithms and wrangling large data sets.

• Proficient in SQL, and/or Python.

• Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, or any data visualization tool

• Good communication and visualization skills; build powerful visualizations to transform data into easily-consumable, relevant insights.

• Knowledge of and curiosity about the latest trends in data industry, including evaluating and testing new tools, techniques, and frameworks.

Minimum Qualifications

Typically requires 5 years of experience and a Bachelors degree or 3 years of experience and a Masters Degree
