Take ownership over architecture qualities of the end-to-end distributed applications.
Deliver architectural services, including guidance and conceptual design as well as technical and process innovations.
Providing technical leadership to the organization, guiding the development of new products and solutions, and ensuring that the organization's technical capabilities align with its strategic goals.
Working closely with senior leadership and other architects to drive innovation, improve efficiency, and promote technical excellence across the organization.
Providing technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering teams to help them deliver high-quality products and solutions.
Design complex systems which are scalable and fault tolerant. You will reason about trade-offs (timeliness/accuracy/resource usage) of multiple algorithmic solutions and to highlight the difference in product outcomes.
Drive automation using more adoption and maturity on the CICD stage gates for the applications.
Drive implementation of telemetry features based on the domain requirements to improve the overall operational excellence of the application.
Investigate the latest technology and build quick Proof of Concept functionalities to address future business needs.

Software architecture; Distributed systems; Scalability; Design patterns; Disaster Recovery; Tech Stacks; Minimum Viable Product- MVP; Non-Functional Requirements; Detailed Design
To assist in creation of simple, modular, extensible, and functional design for the product/solution in adherence to the requirements. Evaluate trade-offs while designing across multiple components in a product based on the business requirements. Convert HLD to create detailed design using mock screens, pseudo codes and detailed functional logic of the modules for specific modules / components of a product. Understand nuances of designing for disaster recovery. Design and create MVP to clarify requirements and design and uncover risks. Independently refine the MVP design for early defects and revised customer requirements.
Coding standards and guidelines; Coding languages (E.g. Java, JavaScript, Python etc.), frameworks (E.g. Spring framework etc.), Platforms (E.g. Microsoft Azure etc.); Quality, Safety and Security (PCI etc.) standards; Emerging tools and technologies; Telemetry; CI / CD; Code Management Tools; SDLC; Secure SDL frameworks and tools.
To provide support to relevant stakeholders to drive adherence to performance metrics of the program for different projects. Take appropriate measures when required to bring program health on track in case of adversity.
Provide inputs to improve the throughput, efficiency, and effectiveness of programs. Manage CICD through tracking and reviewing deployment schedules and guiding team throughout the process.
Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events.
