NICE Senior QA Engineer Actimize

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to work on our innovative Fraud Detection, Anti Money Laundering and GenAI Copilot solutions. You will have a key role in designing, developing and testing an integrated SQA process that uses the latest QA techniques and technology to ensure our AI-based fraud prevention, Anti Money Laundering and GenAI Copilot solutions are released to market on time and with a high standard of quality

How will you make an impact?

• Define and develop test plans and test cases for new features and integration testing
• Perform hands-on test execution
• Design and execute frontend and backend server application tests to support multiple data collecting/processing platforms
• Contribute to product design to ensure testability and robustness of products and features
• Participate in Agile projects to deliver quality products to serve our customer’s interest and build valuable solutions
• Work with database and application developers to design and execute performance, load balance and stress testing
• Coordinate with PM, Developers, DevOps and CloudOps engineers to manage releases
• You will need to work with Project managers to ensure QA deliverables are on-time and identify any risk upfront.
• Coding Comprehension– You should be able to read and write computer coding languages like Java and Python to identify potential problems and find ways to streamline software delivery.
• Creative and Innovative Thinking– Find creative and innovative solutions for complex software and business issues and apply these solutions to resolve problems
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams with other specialized individuals.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, technical environment with minimal oversight and in a professional manner.
• Staying on top of the cutting-edge testing techniques and trends, implementing the technologies and ensuring higher quality products on projects

Have you got what it takes?

• 10+ years of Quality Assurance Experience
• 5+ years working with CloudOps
• Responsible for testing Cloud based solution (Private, AWS, Azure)
• Responsible for testing products AI models
• Responsible for testing products in the financial crime market (Fraud and Anti Money Laundering)
• Responsible for testing API based solutions
• Responsible for testing Realtime solutions
• Responsible for testing high volume transaction solutions
• Experience with using and building QA Automation
• Experience testing React based UIs
• Experience testing MicroServices based architectures
• Experience testing solutions that leverage databases (MySQL, Postgres and MongoDB)
• Experience testing BI solutions
• Experience with CI/CD Pipelines (Jenkins, Artifactory, Jira, Confluence. Bitbucket)
• Experience with Cloud based Release Management
• Experience with Agile development and SCRUM
• Experience with Linux systems

You will have an advantage if you also have:

• Experience/knowledge of Actimize solutions.
