Technical Acumen: You will work closely with engineering to understand technical tradeoffs and their impact on the product. Being comfortable in the code is a plus, but not required.

Proven product management experience (at least 3+ years), with demonstrated success in product delivery, ideally at an Enterprise SaaS company (even better if in an Internet Infrastructure company)
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent technical experience, higher level degree (MBA, MS, etc.) a bonus but not required
Excellent verbal and written skills and the willingness to present and defend your ideas
Customer-focused, self-starter with high levels of initiative, commitment, energy, and comfort working in ambiguous environments
A collaborative spirit and comfort working in a team environment
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Exceptional project management skills with a focus on operational excellence
Experience with OpenTelemetry, API architecture, and other technical concepts
