  • 18+ months work experience in a sports/fashion customer and commercial-focused retail environment with 12+ months of Store Management responsibility.
  • Good understanding of Visual Merchandising, Inventory managemen. Strong training skills and team line up, degree in management.
  • Advanced analiticity to maximize store´s profitability. Effective communication skills. Goal and process orientated. Efficiency decision-making skills. Understanding store´s needs and acting accordingly. Time management.
  • Team leadership. Ability to plan, organize, coach and motivate the team members to drive an excellent customer experience.
  • Fluency in English. Good knowledge with MS Office and Power BI.

YOUR ACTIVITIES:

  • Take ownership and be proactive in your own and your team learning by completing all applicable trainings and effectively applying them on the shop floor.
  • Create and lead a high performance culture by setting clear expectations, analyzing data and trends to probe and challenge the status quo while addressing identified improvement areas in order to maximize the profitability of your store.
  • Overseing and manage all store operational tasks such as Visual Merchandising, Replenishment and Inventory processes.
  • Ensure all HR, legal and company policies and procedures are adhered to, in order to maintain a safe and productive shopping experience for our customers and working environment for the team.
