Key job responsibilities
-Train state of the art multimodal models to improve agent performance on a variety of tasks
-Analyze model performance, identify areas for improvement, and iteratively improve the system
-Implement necessary pipelines, model capabilities, and tools to debug and improve model performance
-Manage project prioritization, deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communication.-Operate in a dynamic environment to deliver high quality models and software.

- 3+ years of building machine learning models for business application experience
- PhD, or Master's degree and 6+ years of applied research experience
- Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
- Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning

- Experience with modeling tools such as R, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, MxNet, Tensorflow, numpy, scipy etc.
- Experience with large scale distributed systems such as Hadoop, Spark etc.Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
