Your key responsibilities
- Deal with immigration related issues such as applying for initial visa and business visa extension.
- Deal the compliance with Cambodian Labor Law which will Include:
- Obtain the foreign quota
- Work permit and workbook for expatriate and Cambodian workers
- Staff movement declaration
- Prepare and submit monthly National Social Security Fund
- Shop steward/labor union issues
- Register company with the Ministry of Commerce, Tax Department, Ministry of Labor and Vocation Training (i.e. initial register and register change of status)
- Manage all related immigration, labor and company registration compliance tasks
- Perform other tasks that may be required by management from time to time
Qualifications
HR experiences (immigration work such as initial visa and visa extension, work permit, workbook, foreign quota, staff movement declaration, NSSF)
- Company registration experiences with the Ministry of Commerce, Tax Department and Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training
- Knowledge of Cambodian Labor and Commercial Law and practical implementation
- Knowledge of Taxation law and accounting is an advantage
- Knowledge of payroll is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Client service orientated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a tear
- Results oriented and problem solver
- Proactive and well organized
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint)
