- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience structuring partnerships, investments, or commercial agreements in clean energy or similar sectors.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with investments in energy and climate technologies or in infrastructure investing and project finance.
- Knowledge of advanced clean energy technologies, such as next generation geothermal, advanced nuclear, long duration energy storage, Carbon Capture and Sequestration (CCS), and grid technologies, with deep expertise in a subset.
- Knowledge of energy markets, utilities, and associated policy and regulatory environments.
- Ability to align interests across multiple stakeholder groups to achieve impact, and separately shape and drive complex programs in ambiguous environments.
