Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents utilizing LLMs to support diverse functions such as research, clinical operations, and commercial activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and to tailor solutions to specific departmental needs.
• Implement scalable machine learning models and ensure their integration with existing systems and workflows.
• Utilize AWS services to build and maintain robust, secure, and efficient AI infrastructures.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed AI agents, making iterative improvements based on feedback and data analysis.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI and machine learning to continuously enhance the institute's capabilities.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, particularly those involving LLMs.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with AWS cloud services, including but not limited to EC2, S3, Lambda, and SageMaker.
• Understanding of AI agent architectures and their applications in automating complex tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.

Preferred Qualifications
• AWS certifications such as Solutions Architect Associate or Professional.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in these fields.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment of machine learning models.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices for handling sensitive information.
