Develop further as professional sales rep by acquiring working knowledge and selling techniques. Able to tackle a variety of issues, general knowledge in medical device industry (both BSC and competitors).
Plan and develop the market for existing and new products according with divisional goals and objectives with Manager; establish prioritization in the assigned territory under general supervision of the Manager.
Analyze sales trend to capture the sales opportunities; proactively discuss the sales potential and support needed to realize the opportunities with the Manager.
Provide timely report to the Manager (monthly, quarterly & year basis) about the market and business, and sales forecast for inventory planning.
Acquire disease states, procedures, market and product knowledge for effective sellings and communication with customers; exhibit keen interest and passion in learning and applications of technical know-how.
Visit customers and/or potential customers on a regular and planned basis to promote products and services; execute marketing and promotional activities to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
Attend and provide product/procedural-related support for cases and new product evaluation in the Operating Theatre; display and respect the basic understanding of Operating Theatre ettiquette (eg timeliness; readiness for case support); showcase troubleshoot know-how to add valu your presence in the OR.
Monitor consignment and handle inventory management in a accurate and timely manner for sales optimization and scrap minimization; motivate and foster a mutualism relationship with external customers to optimize the consignment management process; work closely with customer service team to close the billing process in a timely manner. Able to adapt to fast-paced consignment business environment.
Provide ongoing technical training and knowledge exchange with customers through scheduled continuing medical education in various platforms (physical or web-based).
Cultivate wide range of business relationships with hospital management, purchasing department and hospital staff.
Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote Boston Scientific products and services.

Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in any filed preferably in medical-related field
At least 2 years in medical devices sale or pharmaceutical sale
At least 2 years in consignment management, inventory management is an added advantage.
Experience in case support is an added advantage.
fluent in English and Malay languages, other languages is an added advantage.
Willing to travel and possess own transport.
Able to work off working hours and on weekends as when needed (Frequency: around 2days/week for off working hours and likely once every 2 weeks on a Saturdays)
A team player and able to work harmoniously with all BSC employees.
