The Transformation and Operations team is composed of leading professionals dedicated to driving innovation and transformation. You will drive broad changes in Agile Best Practices, Portfolio Management and Process Transformation. We develop and evolve these areas as well as drive and deliver key cross-organizational strategic programs.

Partner with the best

You will manage various aspects of transformation programs and cross-functional teams in planning, implementation, development, and support. In addition, you will drive operational excellence, consistency, and scalability in our Process Transformation practice.

As a Program Manager II Technical, you will be responsible for:

• Executing key operational efforts for various processes including portfolio management and the product development lifecycle
• Developing and implementing of change management strategies to drive towards business objectives
• Serving as a point of contact for escalation with stakeholders and assisting in removal of operational blockers
• Participating in internal projects that help scale the group, implement best practices, and improve methodologies

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• 4 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Experience working with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience in Identifying and managing project dependencies while maintaining accurate project plans with real-time milestone.
• Experience working with Internet technologies or protocols such as DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP
• Able to analyze workload and communicate technical issues to senior stakeholders of varying technical ability.
• Have good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills needed to work across global constituencies
