As our Workplace Coordinator you’ll be a key member of our Workplace Services team and will have the responsibility for coordinating the facilities and resources necessary to ensure efficient operations of the EY Perth tenancy and help curate a positive experience for all internal and external clients.

• Provide back-up support to the Perth Workplace Manager including leading the Workplace Services team when the Workplace Manager is absent
• You will oversee our OneService Hub and will provide a one stop shop as both enquiry taker and resolution finder on a variety of tenancy and facilities related matters
• Administer the many platforms that Workplace Services deliver to enhance our working environment such as access control, locker management, maintenance reporting, space utilisation and contractor management
• Be responsible for sourcing and purchasing of office supplies and equipment
• Play a key role in keeping the office safe by carrying out OH&S inspections and being part of the emergency warden team
