Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience working across a distributed and integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
Experience implementing, troubleshooting, and supporting internet-based applications, web servers, data storage, commerce engines, and Linux/Unix operating systems.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience managing hosted services/SaaS.
Ability to analyze and trace product behavior back to the responsible code.
Ability to interact directly with customer executives and resolve high-profile escalations and issues, improve the customer experience and drive initiatives that increase the customer success on our product suite.
