Ass. Commercial Planning & Analysis Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) initiatives, including customer segmentation, territory alignment, and target setting.
- Participate in commercial excellence projects related to sales performance management and customer segmentation, coordinate with business and IT stakeholders to deliver project objectives.
- Identify core commercial operation process deficiencies and support process and governance optimization.
- Utilize Excel and Power BI to accommodate comprehensive data analysis and reporting, including identifying business opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
- Facilitate project and routine based business communication and collaboration across functions and businesses.
Key Requirements:
- Must have experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
- Background in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), experience with target setting, territory management, and account profiling and customer segmentation.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, PowerBI), with the ability to consolidate, process, and interpret complex data logics and create and automate reports and dashboards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Project management skills and experience with implementing process improvements.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
- Reliable and consistent in performance.
