Job Description:
Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a closely related field like Information Technology plus five years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
Special Skill Requirements:
1. Payments Expertise: Deep understanding of the payments landscape, including global payment methods, cross-border transactions, foreign exchange (FX), and international regulations. (3 years)
2. Product Management: Proven experience in defining product requirements, writing detailed specifications, and managing the product lifecycle. (5 years)
3. Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to define and measure KPIs for product success, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth. (2 years)
4. Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of financial & privacy regulations for European markets. (2 years)
5. Technical Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly document product roadmaps, collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product management), and effectively communicate technical details to stakeholders. (5 years)
6. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. (5 years)
7. Design Thinking: Understanding of design thinking principles to create user-centric payment products. (5 years)
8. Partnership & Vendor Management: Experience in identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with potential partners and service providers for global payment solutions. (2 years)
Preferred Qualification:
Salary:$179,171.00-$234,300.00per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
