How will you make an impact?

• Provide creative, innovative and engaging UX designs for complex web systems.
• Research, explore and communicate best practices, designs and issues and be able to present, explain them, and justify them to stakeholders.
• Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success.
• Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs, and with understanding of constraints.
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems. (e.g. usability, findability)
• Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs.
• Work in collaboration with a Design team, pave the Design System and concepts of NICE next-generation products

• Work and collaborate in multi-disciplinary Agile teams, adopting Agile spirit, methodology and tools.
• Collaborate with various development & product teams in India, Israel, Slovakia, and US.

Have you got what it takes?

• Degree in a design-related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
• 8+ years of experience as a UX Designer
• Strong portfolio designing complex systems
• Background in research
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
• Proficient in design software (e.g. Adobe XD, Sketch)
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and tools.

• Analytical mind with a business acumen
• Ability to work independently and with a group of peers
• Strong written communication skills and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and fast learner with a strong sense of ownership and drive
