Your key responsibilities
- Develop and manage communications and engagement programs for EY’s multiple people audiences; proactively identify their diverse needs
- Work with the team leaders on the rollout of internal communications and engagement programs
- Help execute the communication and engagement strategy, and associated implementation
- Develop strong relationships with internal clients and colleagues at all levels
- Help develop and deploy consistent communications plans that reach key internal audiences, while allowing for local input, customisation, and integration of messages in appropriate channels
- Help execute campaigns with high quality and engaging communications to compel people to take action
- Content development; creation of German texts for various communication channels such as e-mail and intranet
- Track effectiveness of communication campaigns and manage feedback channels, using associated information to make recommendations in order to improve strategies
- Manage various IT systems for the administration of content, distribution lists, etc

- Support EY brand, understand, implement, and strictly adhere to the quality standards and procedures established by EY, including verbal and branding guidelines

- Engage with key team members to identify their objectives, strategies, target audiences, differentiators and other aspects
- Demonstrate eye for detail and ensure all deliverables are of high quality
- Have no fear of contact with various IT systems that we use daily for our work
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Very good to fluent written and spoken German and English
- Overall 3-6 years of Communications experience including Internal Communications experience
- Graduate preferably in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or Public Relations
- Knowledge of and skills in delivering contemporary marketing (including digital) and communication initiatives and measurement tactics
- Work closely with the team to deliver on regional priorities; align communications with EY’s global and area level performance agendas
- Enable and demonstrate innovative thinking and inspire innovative action; leverage communications to inspire others
- Be able to challenge peers and senior stakeholders while remaining constructive
- Enable knowledge sharing within the team; be able to synthesize information from others; connect all facets of the business development when initiating, developing, and implementing marketing and communications projects; help the business address its big issues; serve as an organizational connector
