• Ensure new business process procedures are incorporated in training courses
• Communicate and clarify course content with business process team
• Revise training materials according to review process
• Review and refine work instructions developed by the business process teams
• Assist in identification of training environment requirements
• Perform data load into training environment and set up tables and required master and transactional data for exercises and case scenarios
• Test exercises for usability purposes
• Educate, train and coach instructors
• Deliver training to the organization (if required)
• Report work progress to training leads and training manager
– Training Content Developer (3-5+ years’ experience)
• SAP Training & Training Material Development experience
• Familiar with SharePoint, Access, Skype, Virtual Training a plus
• Instructional Design
• Ability to work alone or with minimum supervision
• Consistent communication with IBM and project team
• Training development (Instructor Led, eLearning, etc.)
• Exposure to ERP systems
• Good time management
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Detail oriented
