In this role, you’re expected to:
This Vice President role is part of the USPB Risk and Wealth Risk CAO organization, responsible for assessments and analyses related to our Risk Framework Compliance & Path-To-Strong function,to ensure progress towards strong risk management and meet all target state risk framework requirements according to Heightened Standards.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for assessing and analyzing risk framework components, including policies, procedures, processes, controls, infrastructure, data, reporting, programs, then partnering with 1st and 2nd lines of defense stakeholders to support development and implementation of enhancements to our risk framework.
Enhancements can be in the form of transformation, issue remediation, and BAU. Progress and achievements related to these enhancements will be regularly monitored and challenged by this role, to ensure they're on track and truly mitigating the risks involved.
Additionally, this role will be responsible for managing and consolidating key information required to manage a strong risk management framework from various sources, and organization / communicating such information to a wide variety of stakeholders.Responsibilities:
Execute assessments and analyses related to USPB / Retail Risk and Wealth Risk Framework and Path-To-Strong program
Collaborate with 1LOD and 2LOD stakeholders to monitor, challenge, and communicate progress in issue remediation and initiatives, BAU enhancements, and transformation
Support the gathering and management of information essential for a strong risk framework
On a prioritized basis, own and manage initiatives / projects to drive enhancements related to our risk framework
Issue remediation and audits / exams related analysis
Qualifications:
Overall 8+ years experience
3+ years relevant experience in a combination of Risk Management, Framework & Policy, Consulting, Analytics, Audit functions
Highly ethical and with integrity
Excellent attention to detail
Effective listening skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, especially on power point presentations
Proficient in managing share-point site
Ability to work in a highly matrix environment, with a wide variety of stakeholders across different time zones
Able to work in a rapidly changing environment
