Note: By applying to this position you will have an opportunity to share your preferred working location from the following:.- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, OEMs, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, or Technology industries.
- 6 years of experience in over the top (OTT) app distribution, streaming video industry, and consumer electronic device partnerships.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience deploying or distributing over the top (OTT) video apps on consumer electronic devices.
- Understanding of connected TV platforms and the consumer electronics hardware industry.
- Ability to think strategically and develop customized term sheets, work with legal agreements, and present distilled agreement issues to executive management.
- Ability to grow in ambiguous environments, provide insightful and data-driven strategic recommendations to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze and structure complex negotiations, with a track record of negotiation and execution with consumer electronic device manufacturers.
