- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience managing a portfolio of L&D programs
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master’s degree in related field.
- Project Management Professional (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Google PgM, etc.) certification and experience in corporate learning and Development programs.
- Experience with field-based employees and experience with manufacturing, industrial, or technology-focused companies.
- Experience and expertise with Smartsheets and the Google Workspace set of tools.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive initiatives and work collaboratively with numerous stakeholders in different locations worldwide.
