Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, media, or working with advertising agencies in the Sub-Saharan African market (specifically Nigeria, Kenya, and South Africa).
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in business development, client relationship and servicing, and consultative selling.
Experience in online business, sales, advertising, marketing, or business development.
Ability to strategically assess and solve client needs via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and selling.
Ability to connect with relevant teams and colleagues seamlessly and proactively.
Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.
