Here's What You'll be Responsibile For:
- Responsible for budget management on multiple large scale Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Projects
- Supports the implementation of department cost requirements on new project awards; setting up and maintaining project budgets, change management, cost monitoring, and standard reporting
- Performs cost monitoring to ensure compliance with project and contractual requirements
- Responsible for the preparation of monthly and quarterly department cost reports, ensuring compliance with finan
- Analyze project data such as project scope requirements, drawing specification's, and construction RFI's in order to identify trends and opportunities for innovative solutions
- Maintain a pulse on economic conditions and provide quarterly stakeholder reports to ensure visibility on trends and risks in the global and local construction economics
Here's What You'll Need:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Mangement, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of project experience in construction cost controls, change management and/or estimating

The current
range f

his role is between $88,637 and $150,923. I
base pay
will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
