Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in Agreement Management, Legal Documentation, Negotiation and Agreement Negotiation.
Experience with construction contracting and the basis of pricing/methods of measurement on industrial projects.
Preferred qualifications:
Juris Doctor or Master's degree in Law, with an emphasis on Construction or International Law.
Experience as an inhouse legal counsel in an international construction company would be a strong asset.
Experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating (international) commercial agreements on the one hand and corporate secretarial matters (including transactional related work) on the other hand.
