With a particular emphasis on open-source projects, your work directly impacts researchers around the world. You should be comfortable diving deep into technical architectures and requirements, be able to quickly identify solutions to challenges discovered during development. A commitment to team work, hustle, and strong communication skills (to both business and technical partners) are absolute requirements.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS* M.S. degree in Computer Science and Engineering or related disciplines.
* 3+ years of software development experience in system infrastructure including but not limited to high performance computing, distributed system, compiler stack, GPU programming.
* Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch.
* Experience with deep learning and neural network architectures
* Proficiency in one of the following languages: C++ or Python.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS* Experience working with open source projects.
* Experience with machine learning algorithms is a plus but not strictly required.
* Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
* Have a good sense of teamwork. Strong communication skill.

- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team

- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
