Essential Functions:

  • Lead executive recruiting team and drive a best-in-class experience for hiring managers and candidates

  • Interact and effectively manage relationships with senior leadership to build trust and deliver on their unique needs

  • Lead partnerships with our most senior talent consultant community to cultivate rich talent discussion to help inform hiring plans to support business change and growth

  • Deliver executive recruitment communication including search presentation materials, job descriptions, skill-based candidate profiles, interviewer/stakeholder communication, and candidate preparation

  • Drive external and internal talent networks and establish deep understanding of talent economics

  • Technologically astute; ability to leverage tools and technology to manage talent pipelines and ensure data hygiene

  • Demonstrate high levels of facilitation skills in consulting with the business, effectively addressing difficult situations with executive savvy; takes decisive and well-rounded action in high-pressure situations; solution focused to improve ineffective processes

Basic Qualifications:

  • 12 or more years of full stack recruiting experience supporting executive hiring, including people management

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cross functional experiences within or across Human Resources, including talent management and/or HRBP capacities

  • Demonstrated experiences connecting an executive recruiting framework to the broader enterprise executive talent strategy

  • Proven track record of supporting business transformation and growth through executive talent delivery

  • Leads with a wholistic talent mindset to best inform search strategies to identify skills archetypes

  • Result orientated, ability to recognize needs, solve problems, anticipate issues, and develop talent centric solutions using strong analytical, business and financial acumen

  • Proven ability to make sense out of ambiguous talent situations, have intellectual curiosity, outcome driven, calculated risk taking and curiosity mindset

  • Strong work ethic and proactive, team-oriented approach with unrelenting focus on quality and detail; ability to roll-up their sleeves and ensure high quality execution of executive hiring programs and processes

  • Effective communicator: ability to convey messages in a clear and concise manner, and drive change and influence through effective communications’ execution

  • Highly relational with a proven track record of consulting and influencing senior executive leaders

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $145,180.00 - $170,800.00 - $187,880.00 Job postings typically remain open for approximately 20 days of the posting date listed above, however the job posting may be closed earlier should it be determined the position is no longer required due to business need.
