KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather and document business requirements and user stories, evaluate complexity and feasibility, assess technical requirements, determine business justification/ROI, and propose effective solutions for a wide variety of potential process and system solutions.
- Develop clear and consistent lines of communication with the right stakeholders, at the right time, while remaining flexible enough to effectively manage ad-hoc requests that don’t fall into pre-established intake mechanisms
Key job responsibilities
• Work cross functionally with business development stakeholders to manage and refine business operations processes including: pipeline management, performance management, and reporting.
• Proactively analyze business development processes and mechanisms for sub-optimal performance, with a focus on defect reduction and increased productivity.

- 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
- 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
