- Report accurate daily project results and overall consolidation and project analysis
- Audit team KPI’s to ensure consistency and accuracy in performance management
- Guide large teams to achieve deliverables and meet Vision Engineering deadlines by building out projections, project timelines, and maintaining a healthy pipeline to prevent bottlenecks
- Identify and resolve project blockers, which includes tasks prioritization by adjusting project resources, in a timely manner with the partnership of peers and cross-functional teams
- Support project(s) from inception, which can include helping with the design of project certifications, labeling guidelines, and Quality Control guidelines
- Other supervisory duties such as employee development, conducting bi-yearly performance reviews and monthly performance check-ins
- Ensure organization is adhering to Tesla’s policies and our department’s expectations and standards
- Ability to manage and motivate a large team performing manual operations
- High commitment to data accuracy and output with the ability to create precise reports
- Strong problem-solving skills with an aptitude to quickly learn new systems and fast learner who can quickly adapt in an ambiguous environment with minimal training
- Proven record of accomplishments for executing and competing projects with limited resources
- A self-starter with the ability to identify inefficiencies in projects and propose solutions
- Effective communication and presentation skills – can explain complex topics and ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Proficiency in the following systems (JIRA, MS Excel, Confluence)
