Description
We are looking for an Engineering Program Manager who will partner with our Stakeholders and Engineering teams to ship new features for Fitness+. In this role you will: - Drive & oversee all aspects of multiple concurrent projects & features, including scope, requirements, timelines, resource allocation & reporting.- Define business, functional & operational requirements for features you are driving (often writing them yourself).- Drive yearly, quarterly and other strategic roadmap planning, discussions and communication
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of technical program/project management experience in software development.
  • Excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, ability to balance multiple tasks in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Strong understanding of and experience in managing complex, multi-functional software projects
  • Excellent spoken and written communication with the ability to tailor communication style to multiple audiences
  • Strong facilitation skills (requirements gathering, design reviews, cross-functional stakeholder meetings, reporting status and schedules)
  • Strong technical proficiency. Bonus points for past programming experience.
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s in an Engineering field such as Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to build relationships and influence others
  • Naturally accountable, responsible and self-motivated
  • Experience with subscriptions and a passion for Fitness is a plus
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $136,300 and $248,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
