You will be involved in the full spectrum of engineering activities, from R&D, design and development of the technical architecture, unit test and other test collateral creation as well as supporting our growing customer base. Your expertise in Java and Web technologies will allow you to enhance the customer experience and develop the next iteration of our Process Mining products. You will join a dynamic, friendly, and diverse team in an international and highly technical environment, inspired by Lean/Agile principles. You will be a self-starter in self-organizing team, requiring limited supervision or guidance, with good communication skills, strongly team focused and outcome oriented.
• Proven expertise and 3+ years’ experience in Java (17+) and Spring on mission-critical applications
• Deep knowledge and strong skills on Object-Oriented and Functional programming
• Deep knowledge and professional experience on SQL and RDBMS such as PostgreSQL/DB2
• Good knowledge and professional experience on No-SQL Database such as MongoDB
• Good knowledge and professional experience on software versioning using Git and platforms such as GitHub, Git CLI and related tools.
• Good knowledge and professional experience on project/dependency management with Maven and Artifactory
• Good knowledge and professional experience on testing frameworks such as Junit5 and Mockito.
• Good knowledge of Container technologies such as Docker and orchestrators such as Kubernetes and RedHat OCP.
• Knowledge and some experience of developing web applications, including familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and ReactJS.
• Knowledge of Agile/Lean principles and professional experience with frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAfe or DAD.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with remote office locations.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
The following will be considered an advantage and differentiator:
• Knowledge and professional experience on Python and Pandas.
• Knowledge and some experience on Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG

An awareness of some of the following would also be an advantage:
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and DevOps methodologies such as Jenkins and Travis.
• Knowledge of cloud computing environments and applications (AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of security standard (ex: OWASP, CWE) and methodologies (ex: SAST, DAST, SCA).
• Experience in scalability, performance and benchmarking.
