About the role

This is a role that will have as a function the coordination and execution of the presence in the events directed to our clients (Coordinate with the leaders of each business unit the calendar of events, technical requirements for the event, and merchandising that they require). Direct relationship with the suppliers in charge of providing services for this type of events (Congresses and educational events) coordinate catering, coordinate merch, coordinate hotel, and all the requirements needed to execute the event. Support the Digital team in the creation of content for internal and external diffusion. Work collaboratively with the internal areas of the company that will take place in the development of their functions: Marketing, Finance, Digital, HR, Business Units, CX, Projects.

Required qualifications:

• Technical studies related to Advertising, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations or related field are required, other studies are accepted if the candidate meets the profile of the position.
• No experience or experience in Marketing of no more than 1 year.

Preferred qualifications:

• English (Basic level) reading and written.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Technological skills developed.
• Interest in healthcare area.
