1st shift (United States of America)***This role is Office Centric, 4 days a week in the office*** (Raleigh Talent is preferred and we are open to Talent in Charlotte)Overall leadership of IGA Platform Engineering.Responsible for strategic thought leadership, organizational design and execution for multiple concurrent Corporate Cyber Security projects of varying size up to and including enterprise transformational initiatives within multiple portfolios and LOBs.Influences and leads large-scale change initiatives.Key contributor in ensuring secure, compliant and efficient access management systems and data by overseeing design, architecture, implementation and governance of IAM framework, technologies and policies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Directs and oversees CCS IAM program efforts to achieve business outcomes for Corporate Cyber Security Organization. Directs efforts of Cybersecurity IAM engineers and analysts to plan and coordinate closely with function leads and subject matter experts. Ensures that business cases are developed for budgeting, planning, and tracking revenue and/or expense.
Directs and oversees relationships with business owners and technology leads to support overall program needs.
Directs and oversees design and implementation of robust IAM solutions including identify lifecycle management, access management, and access control/governance.
Ensures compliance with regulatory requirement and internal security policies.
Lead and mentor a team of Cybersecurity IAM Analysts and Engineers.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align IAM initiatives with organizational goals.
Manage vendor relationships and IAM engineering related budget.
Collaborate with IGA Platform Operations team and provide Level 4 support in troubleshooting production incident.
Ensures that program activities are on a path to deliver benefits realization.
Ensures implementation and oversight of appropriate risk management plans for program initiatives in area of responsibility.
Proactively advocates across leadership levels regarding the performance of current systems and processes. Champions solutions designed to deliver value and accept/mitigate risk where appropriate.
Decisions new solutions and determines at what point larger issues require escalation to senior management.
Leads teams or multiple teams of internal and/or external resources.
Analyzes and collectively manages variances to the program plan and overall portfolio and makes recommendation and/or creates action plan to mitigate negative variances or to resolve issues.
Articulates overall performance of multiple programs and initiatives via dashboard reporting for use by key executives.

Advanced degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience, to include ten years progressive related experience in managing enterprise technology organizations combined with overall fifteen years progressive related experience in enterprise technology.
Demonstrated leadership experience in technology organization management, financial management, risk management, people management, issue resolution, influencing team members and other stakeholders, conducting difficult negotiations and managing to stringent timelines for project deliverables.
Demonstrated superior understanding of business and technology organization, resources, priorities, needs and policies.
Demonstrated leadership in the implementation of complex programs and projects.
Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous assignments.
Executive level verbal and written communication skills.
Superior working knowledge of business matters, finance, planning, and forecasting.
Strong skills in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Project)
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree in a relevant field of work (e.g., MBA, PMP and/or PgMP)
Significant experience in enterprise technology organizational leadership. Financial services technology experience highly beneficial.
Experience implementing large/complex IAM transformation initiatives across a matrix organization.
In-depth knowledge of management and planning systems theory and practical application to complex initiatives.
Experience with IGA Platform such as SailPoint, Oracle Identity Governance Suite.
Knowledge of Machine Identify lifecycle and access management processes.
Able to access and interpret client information received from the computer and able to hear and speak with individuals in person and on the phone.Able to work standard office equipment, including PC keyboard and mouse, copy/fax machines, and printers.Able to work all hours scheduled, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and required by business need.
