- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.

Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in balancing product, development, and user-centered goals helped shape overall design.
- Experience in platform design or deep knowledge of system, web, and app design especially across form factors and platforms.
- Understanding of clean visual design.
- Ability to lead and ideate products from scratch and improve features, all with a user-centered design process.
- Ability to balance user needs and business goals is essential, and advocate for the user while aligning with the strategic direction of the business.
