As a Platform Services Analyst within the Managed Platform Services Team, you will support the cross line of business eco-system for Managed Accounts. This is a highly visible role that requires quick thinking, attention to detail, and thoughtful risk mitigation at all times. This is a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for maintaining a continuous improvement mindset by participating in the manual process inventory reduction goals of the team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the user community in all aspects of the platform ranging from trading to day-to-day issues/support
- Manage data such as: reconciliation, data quality issues, golden source data
- Work directly with Product Owners to prioritize resolution of system defects
- Support daily inquiries, integrate content to assist management maintain KPI’s
- Gather, analyze, synthesize, and interpret large data and information, drawing conclusions and making recommendations for process enhancements
- Serve as a 1st point of contact for the user community
- Assist management to identify key business risks on the platform and drive resolution of mitigating controls
- Help support audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables
- Support ongoing procedure and process analysis to account for changes to the flow
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- At least 1+ years of experience in the wealth management/asset management industry or in a supporting role
- Investment management expertise/experience or security lifecycle is required
- Knowledge of multi-asset markets, products and processes required

- Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines / deliverables
