As a Triage Engineer on our team you will be at the frontline of identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing issues. Your contributions will be essential to continuously shipping highly polished application experiences on Apple Vision Pro. In this role, you will triage and prioritize incoming bugs by reducing them to actionable next steps. You will analyze logs and build tools and scripts to make bug analysis and prioritization more efficient. Excellent communication skills are a must because of the close interaction with the engineering teams, management, and program office within Apple.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science OR equivalent degree OR equivalent experience
- Familiarity with Python, Javascript or other scripting languages desirable
