ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Ability to conduct an analysis of business needs, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas, conferring with business line leaders, documenting and making verbal and written presentations.
Strong understanding of project life cycle methodology (PLM) and testing methodology/procedures
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Thorough knowledge of a business line or function area
Experience in project management and leadership
Specific knowledge, skills, or experience required:
At least one of the following standard industry certifications: CSM, CSPO, Lean Six Sigma, PMP
4-6 years experience
SPECIFICATIONS:
Strong project management, design and development skills. Demonstrated management, leadership and interpersonal skills. Thorough knowledge of competitive market, operations and various products and services within assigned area.
Well-developed oral and written communication skills. Strong financial and competitive analysis and technical skills. Typically manages medium to large projects.
Oversees the development of short-term goals to meet project objectives and the implementation of appropriate long term strategic plans. Independently manages business requirements and guides staff in assessing impact of major issues and determining appropriate action plan.
Requires a thorough knowledge of the assigned business line and technical marketing skills. Provide informal guidance to junior staff and occasionally leads the work of small project teams.
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and four to six years of related experience.
